Paraguay Passionfruit Bubble Tea

If you haven’t seen people drinking Bubble Tea then chances are, you’ve been living in a bubble (pun intended). We came up with a delicious way to make Bubble Tea at home.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup dried boba tapioca pearls
1 tsp honey or agave
2 cups water
1 Bottle Paraguay Passionfruit Tea
Almond Milk (optional)

Directions:
Boil water in saucepan over high heat then add boba.* Turn the heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes before draining. Let boba cool then mix with 1 tsp of honey or agave syrup. Pour Paraguay Passionfruit Tea into a tall glass and add boba mixture. For a milky tea, add Almond milk.

*Depending on the type of boba you purchased, cooking times may vary. Consult the back of the package for best instructions on how to cook the boba you purchased.
