As the summer heat rises, your popsicle game needs to rise with it. These frozen boozy pops are the perfect treat for a hot summer day.


Summer Boozy & Non-Boozy Frozen Popsicles

How do you make a Zambia Bing Cherry Bai even more of a Summer treat? Well, you add some fresh mint, cherries, and turn it into a popsicle. With 1g of sugar (plus whatever sugar the cherries have), this antioxidant-infused treat can also be infused with vodka for an extra kick.


  • 1 bottle of Bai Zambia Bing Cherry
  • ½ cup vodka
  • ¼ cup agave
  • ½ cup sliced fresh cherries
  • ¼ fresh mint
  • 10 popsicle sticks
  • 1 popsicle tray

(omit vodka for non-boozy)


Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher and pour into popsicle molds. Add popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.

Serving Size: 10
