Best Overall Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 6 oz. Bai Brasilia Blueberry Beverage

• 1/2 Acai Berry Smoothie Packet (approximately 2 ounces)

• 1/2 Banana

• 1 Tbsp Almond Butter

• 1/2 C Strawberries

• 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

• 1/2 Scoop (2 T.) Chocolate Pea Protein Powder

• Ice

In blender, place Bai Brasilia Blueberry Beverage, açaí, banana, almond butter, strawberries, chia seeds, protein powder and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Ingredients:

• 1 bottle Bai Molokai Coconut

• ¼ cup Pitted Dates

• 1 Tbsp Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal

• ½ C Baby Carrots

• 2/3 C Frozen Pineapple Chunks

• 1 Frozen Banana

• 2 C Ice

• ½ tsp Ground Ginger

• ¼ tsp Cinnamon

• 1 Tbsp Toasted Coconut

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Top with toasted coconut.

Ingredients:

• 1 C Baby Kale

• 1 C Bai Molokai Coconut

• 1 C Almond Milk

• 1 Frozen Banana

• 1/4 Avocado

• 2/3 C Frozen Pineapple

• 1/4 C Frozen Mango

• 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

• 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds

Blend Bai, almond milk and greens. Next, add all other ingredients and blend. Top with toppings of your choice. I chose strawberries, banana slices, blackberries, coconut flakes + chia seeds.

Ingredients:

• 1 C Spinach

• 1 C of Molokai Coconut

• 1 C Frozen Pineapple

• 1 Banana

• 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

• 1 Tbsp Flax Seeds

Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and process until smooth.

Ingredients:

• 2 large frozen bananas, or more if desired

• 1 beet, raw or cooked, chopped (used raw)

• 1c fresh berries (used strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)*

• 1c Bai Brasilia Blueberry

• Handful of baby spinach

• Optional: Protein Powder

• Optional Toppings: extra berries, hemp hearts/seeds, linwood milled flax, sunflower seeds, pumpkin & sesame seeds & goji berries

In a Vitamix, or high-speed blender, blend together beet and berries, adding a little Bai if needed. Blend in optional protein if adding. Add in bananas and blend until thick and smooth, or to desired consistency, and adding Bai as needed. Pour into a bowl or glass and top with desired toppings! Enjoy! *To make it thicker use frozen berries but you may need a little more Bai.
