Black Cherry Crumble

We don’t know which witch put a sparkling spell on this cherry crumble, but magic is the only explanation for why these tasty tarts are all treat and no trick.

Ingredients

Filling:
2 tbsp Bubbles Bolivia Black Cherry
2 lbs. frozen or fresh cherries
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch

Crumble:
2 tbsp Bubbles Bolivia Black Cherry
½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
5 tbsp softened unsalted butter
¾ cup oats

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. If using frozen cherries let them defrost and drain. If using fresh cherries first remove the pit and then slice in half. Mix cherries with bubbles, sugar and cornstarch. Pour into ramekins. Combine flour, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, salt and oats in a bowl. Chop butter into small bits and use your fingers to incorporate the butter into the flour mixture. Add bubbles and stir. Sprinkle crumble on top of cherry mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve after letting crumbles cool slightly.
