Blood Orange Tiki ‘Bai Tai’ Recipe


Take your lips to a luau with this tropical tiki cocktail.

Ingredients:
Bubbles Jamaica Blood Orange
2 oz. Jamaican Dark Rum
Splash of Orange Curaçao
Juice from half a lime
Blood orange wheels
Mint
Ice

Directions:
Fill a shaker with ice. Pour in Jamaican dark rum, a splash of curaçao and juice from half a lime. Shake and pour over ice and top with Bubbles Jamaica Blood Orange . Garnish with a blood orange wheel, a mint sprig and a drink umbrella.

 

Grilled Pineapple with Coconut Mango Sauce


This pineapple dessert is a grilling game changer.

Grilled Pineapple:
Directions:
Slice pineapple into rings, grill for 5 minutes per side.

Coconut Mango Sauce:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Bai Madagascar Coconut Mango
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1 and 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

Directions:
In a pan, combine Bai, cream of coconut and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth. Cook on medium heat until sauce boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Bring to room temperature. Drizzle over grilled pineapple.

 

Tropical Place Card Holders

Directions:
Remove the leaves from the pineapple crown and write your guests name on them for a cute tropical themed place card.
