Bubbly New Year’s Eve Party

If you’re hosting a party this New Year’s Eve get ready to send off 2018 in sparkling style. These four classy carbonated cocktails are sure to impress your guests with every sip.

 

Blood Orange Holiday Zest

With a zesty twist of blood orange flavor this bubbly cocktail is the perfect pour for heading boldly into the new year. 

Ingredients

Bai Bubbles Jamaica Blood Orange
Vodka
Rosemary
Ice
Lime

Directions

Fill a large mason jar with vodka and several sprigs of rosemary. Let it sit in a cool dark place for 1-7 days depending on how flavorful you want it. Strain rosemary and pour vodka into pitcher. You can add fresh sprigs so guests know the vodka is infused. Pour 2 oz. of infused vodka over ice and top with Jamaica Blood Orange. Garnish with a lime.

 

 

Bubbly Berry Sip

When it champagnes it pours, so start the New Year by stirring up a storm of bubbly berry flavor.

Ingredients: 
Bai Bubbles Bogota Blackberry Lime
Champagne
Berries

Directions

Add berries to a glass. Fill 1/3 of glass with Bogota Blackberry Lime and 2/3 champagne.

 

 

Grapefruit and Thyme Spritz

The countdown is about to begin, and thyme is running out to ring in the New Year with this classy grapefruit cocktail.

Ingredients

Bai Bubbles Gimbi Pink Grapefruit
Vodka
Grapefruit wedges
Thyme

Directions

Shake 2 oz. of vodka and a few sprigs of thyme with ice. Strain in a glass and top with Gimbi Grapefruit. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a grapefruit wedge.

 

 

Black Cherry Classic

It might be a New Year but you can still celebrate with a classic. Mix this champagne and cherry cocktail for a sweet start to the year.

Ingredients

Bai Bubbles Bolivia Black Cherry
Champagne
Original Maraschino Cherries

Directions

Place two cherries in a glass. Fill 1/3 of glass with Bolivia Black Cherry and 2/3 champagne.
