The Coco-Choco Almond

This smoothie is so packed with coconut-y, chocolate-y and almond-y flavor, you’ll think you’re drinking a certain famous candy bar, but with protein, fiber, healthy fat and no added sugar you’re actually giving your body a big high five. We’ll drink to that.


  • 6 oz of Bai Molokai Coconut
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 tbsp. of Almond Butter
  • ¼ tsp. Almond Extract
  • 2 tsp. of Cocoa Powder
  • 1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
  • Coconut Shavings (for topping)


1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until ingredients are smooth, adjusting the amount of Bai to control thickness.
2. Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy with either a straw or spoon depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
