- 3 tbsp. Bai Molokai Coconut
- 1/3 cup Coconut flour
- 1/3 cup Heavy cream
- 4 oz. Cream cheese (room temp.)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Whisk all ingredients until smooth. Add more flour or Molokai Coconut if needed for your desired consistency. Heat a pan to a medium heat and fry pancakes in butter. Flip once they start to bubble – about 2 minutes on each side. Serve with toppings of your choice.
