If you’re planning to wake up in paradise for Spring Break we can’t think of a better way to start the day than with this bright blue bad-boy. This tropical taste is giving us such strong Hawaiian vibes we’re about to slap a grass skirt on our taste buds and hula dance in pure deliciousness.
- 2.5 oz Bai Brasilia Blueberry
- .5 oz Vodka
- .5 oz Rum
- .5 oz Blue Curaçao
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- Crushed ice
- Pineapple for garnish
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Pour over crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
When you mix up this amazing marg, the beach won’t be the only thing that’s hot on Spring Break. With just a dash of dragon fruit this cocktail will have you breathing flavor fire all night long.
- Bai Sumatra Dragonfruit
- .5 oz fresh Grapefruit juice
- 1.5 oz Tequila
- 1.5 oz Ginger beer
- Half a lime
- Splash of Grenadine
- Grapefruit for garnish
Fill an ice cube tray with Sumatra Dragonfruit and freeze. Once frozen, crush cubes and then place in glass. Shake grapefruit juice, tequila, juice from half a lime and a splash of grenadine with ice in a shaker. Pour over crushed ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

- 1.5 oz Bai Costa Rica Clementine
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 2 Clementine’s, juiced
- .5 oz Peach schnapps
- Edible flowers for garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Pour over ice and garnish with edible flowers.
Mango ahead and get the party started with this sweet Spring Break smash.
- 1.5 oz Bai Malawi Mango
- 1.5 oz Light rum
- 1 oz Muddled mango
- 1.5 oz Pineapple juice
- Splash of grenadine
- Crushed ice
- Mango for garnish
Muddle a few slices of mango in a glass and then fill with crushed ice. Shake the rest of the ingredients with ice in a shaker. Pour into glass and garnish with a mango.
