ROSE SANGRIA

Watermelon Bai Rose Sangria Punch
Sip boring sangria this summer? No way rosé. Punch up your pitcher with our 10-calorie flavor and enough rosé to make any sangria sparkle.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bottle Bai Kula Watermelon
  • 1 Bottle of Rose
  • 6 oz Triple Sec
  • Watermelon Balls
  • 2 Limes sliced
  • Handful of Mint
  • Ice

Directions:

In a pitcher combine all the ingredients and serve. Serves 6.

 

WATERMELON SHANDY

We love a good a beer on a hot summer’s day. But when you mix it with a little Kula Watermelon, well it just blows boring old beer out of the water…melon.

Fill a glass half way with Bai Kula Watermelon and top with wheat beer.

 

MANGO MARINADE

Malawi Mango Kabobs

If there’s a food that can’t be improved by this sweet mango marinade, we haven’t met it. Grab the charcoal because it’s about to get lit when you add a dash of this tropical taste to your favorite grill flavors.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Bai Malawi Mango
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Dark sesame oil

Directions:

Whisk together Bai Malawi Mango, soy sauce, coconut oil, ginger, honey, garlic and sesame oil. We used this on red pepper, cherry tomatoes, onions, chicken and shrimp.

 

BRASPBERRY PIZZA

Molokai Coconut 4th of July pizza

This 4th of July, let your taste buds experience a fresh twist on a culinary classic. Mixed with Molokai Coconut, this sweet fruity pie has all the pizazz of a pizza, but is definitely a dessert.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl mix wet ingredients. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix with hands to be sure it is fully combined. Form dough into a ball. Flatten dough onto a round greased pizza pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.

While crust is baking mix filling ingredients with a mixer. Store in fridge until crust is cool. Once crust is cool spread filling onto crust and decorate with berries in any design you like.

Filling:

  • 2 tbsp Bai Molokai Coconut
  • 8 oz. Package of cream cheese
  • ½ cup of Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest

Topping:

  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • ½ cup Raspberries
  • ½ cup Braspberries

Crust:

Dry:

  • 2 ½ cups Almond flour
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • ½ cup Coconut flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ tsp Salt

Wet:

Must be 21+. Please drink responsibly.
