Bai loves to have a staring role when performing for your taste buds. But sometimes we share the shaker, pitcher, or punch bowl with other amazing ingredients. Take your taste buds to the show of the season with these recipes.


Brasilia Blueberry Bai drawing

Brasilia Blueberry Mojito


  • 1 bottle Bai Brasilia Blueberry
  • 12 sprigs fresh mint leaves
  • 2 limes
  • White Rum
  • Ice


Squeeze both limes over the mint sprigs and muddle in a cocktail shaker. Add the ice, rum and Brasilia Blueberry. Stir, and then pour into cold highball glasses. Garnish with a sprig of mint and slice of lime.

Mulled Red Wine Sangria


  • 1 Bottle Red Wine
1/2 Cup Costa Rica Clementine
  • 1/4 Cup Ipanema Pomegranate
  • 1/4 Cup Bourbon
  • 1 Orange, sliced
  • 1 Lemon, sliced
  • Cinnamon Sticks (3-5 sticks)
  • Anise (3-5 stars)


Combine liquids in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until until warm. Add in remaining ingredients and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve warm.


Sao Paulo Strawberry Lemonade drawing

Strawberry Lemon Margarita


  • ½ cup of pureed strawberries
  • Ice
  • 2 oz tequila (silver)
  • 1 oz triple sec Cointreau
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • Bai Sao Paulo Strawberry Lemonade


Add all ingredients into a shaker, then shake. Fill a margarita glass with ice and pour over.
