Overnight oats with Bai Molokai Coconut

Making breakfast for dinner means you’ll be one step ahead tomorrow morning while everyone else is hitting the snooze button. Break out these delicious overnight oats that will have you powering through your morning routine.

 

Chocolate Coconut

Molokai Coconut overnight oats

You would think something this delicious would be a dessert, but this powerful breakfast will make sure your day starts, and stays sweet.

Ingredients:
1 cup Bai Molokai Coconut
1.5 rolled cups of Oats
1 cup Almond milk
2 tbps. Goji berries
2 tbs. Cocoa powder
1 tbs. Chia seeds
1 tbs. Hemp seeds/hemp hearts
1 tbs. of Ground flax seeds
2 tbs. of Maple syrup or to taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. If it is too dry, add a little more milk. If too liquid, add more oats. Transfer into a mason jar and refrigerate overnight. When ready to eat, top with extra berries and hemp seeds.

 

Peanut Butter Chocolate

1 tbs. of ground Flax seeds
2 tbs. of Maple syrup or to taste
