Nothing puts us in the holiday spirit quite like a little eggnog. We can picture it now, pulling on those extra fuzzy socks, cookies baking in the oven, holiday music blasting over the speakers and a glass of the ‘nog in our hands. Unfortunately for our tastebuds, eggnog isn’t exactly a health elixir. But we thought… “Why not make a healthy eggnog?” If anyone could do it, we were up to the task.
Let’s just say there were many versions of this nog but we wouldn’t settle for anything less than festive perfection. After about the 10th batch of failed eggnog, inspiration struck! What if we combined molokai coconut with a healthy pudding mix and indulgent rum? To the Bai kitchen we ran! After several tweaks to make sure the ratios were just right, we were proud to let the nog flow for all to enjoy!

Molokai Coconog Holiday Cocktail
- 1 bottle of Molokai Coconut
- 1/2 packet of natural vanilla pudding mix
- 8 oz RumChata
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- Simmer Molokai Coconut and pudding mix in a saucepan and whisk until warm and creamy. Temper into a bowl with RumChata. Pour into glass and garnish with a dash of fresh nutmeg and cinnamon stick. Get Jolly
