If you participated in Coachella this year then you probably came across some of our Bai-sclusive popsicles! Our 4 popsicle flavors were such a hit at #RevolveFestival Coachella, we’ve decided to give you all a sneak peak at one of the recipes.
Brasilia Blueberry Lemonade Popsicles
3 ½ cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
5 ½ tbsp. organic evaporated cane sugar
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
½ cup Bai Brasilia Blueberry
1 tsp. pure sea salt
Add blueberries, organic evaporated cane sugar, lemon juice, Brasilia Blueberry and salt to a blender and blend until well pureed. Skim off any foam that may have formed then carefully pour into 10 popsicle molds. Freeze for about 4-5 hours or until solid. To remove popsicles from molds, turn tray to the side and run plastic molds under warm water for several seconds, then slowly pull from molds.
