Albee Rogers, a Rutgers University student who began working for Bai in March of this year, agrees.
“Hard work and determination results in success here at Bai,” she says. Albee joined Bai as a part-time Brand Ambassador at Bai Costco Roadshows. She quickly earned the title of Team Lead. “Cannot was not in Albee’s vocabulary,” says Ms. Schlaefer. “Through hard work and forward thinking she achieved success at Bai quickly.” Two months later, the college student traded in her vehicle for a brand new car that she proudly paid for herself. Today, after a recent promotion, she continues to move forward with her career: she is the Events and Field Marketing Coordinator for the brand.
